Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, engaging customers and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

Customer Experience

• Greet and assist customers, building relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
• Share best practices in customer service with team members.

Operations

• Support pharmacy activities such as prescription filling, inventory management, and documentation.
• Report errors promptly and adhere to dispensing policies.
• Handle cash register operations and assist with clerical duties.
• Support clinical services and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Good math and computer skills are advantageous.
• PTCB certification is preferred.
