Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Customer Experience

• Engage with customers, assist with products and services, and ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy tasks such as entering information, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and checking for interactions.
• Support inventory management and clinical services as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, or obtain it as a condition for promotion.
• Attend training and continuing education to stay updated in healthcare and pharmacy practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or prior Walgreens employment.
• Good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification preferred.
