Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching pharmacy technicians and cashiers if PTCB certified.
• Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers and resolving issues.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers and offering assistance, ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.
• Developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assisting in pharmacy duties, including data entry, prescription filling, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions.
• Reporting prescription errors immediately and adhering to quality policies.
• Handling sales transactions, assisting customers in locating products, and supporting inventory management.
• Supporting clinical services and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers.
• Ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, stocked, and orderly.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through training and continuing education.
• Attending training sessions and staying updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
