Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with coaching pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
• Delivering a positive and distinctive customer experience by greeting customers, resolving issues, and developing strong customer relationships.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including data entry, prescription filling, verifying medication accuracy, and managing inventory.
• Assisting with clinical services, including sample collection and coordination with healthcare providers.
• Maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment and adhering to company policies.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program or state registration.
• Attend training sessions, acquire continuing education credits, and stay updated on healthcare developments.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
