Responsibilities

1. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other technicians if certified.
3. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships.
4. Perform pharmacy duties such as entering patient data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions, under supervision.
5. Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to policies regarding dispensing and quality assurance.
6. Handle sales transactions, assist customers in locating products, and support inventory management activities.
7. Support clinical services, including sample collection and coordination with healthcare providers.
8. Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and ensure supplies are stocked.
9. Participate in ongoing training and maintain PTCB certification as required.
10. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and communicate fluently in English.
