Pharmacy Technician / Pharm Tech Apprenticeship

• Assist pharmacists under supervision, following all regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems for patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships and resolving issues.

Customer Experience

• Engage with customers, offer assistance, and ensure a positive experience.
• Share best practices in customer service with team members.

Operations

• Support pharmacy activities, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards.
• Handle clerical duties, maintain accurate records, and support clinical services as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing education.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, familiarity with Walgreens, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
