Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Delivering excellent customer service and building customer relationships.

Additional duties:

• Handling prescription errors and maintaining compliance with policies.
• Supporting inventory management and clerical tasks.
• Participating in clinical services and community outreach as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in retail or pharmacy settings.
• Prior Walgreens experience.
• Good math and computer skills.
• PTCB certification (preferred).
