Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and, if certified, coaching other technicians and cashiers.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience
