Parexel in Baltimore is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to join the EPCU. This on-site role supports IP handling, dosing, and documentation in a highly regulated clinical research setting.
Associate responsibilities include inventory, IP storage, adherence to GCP and SOPs, and collaboration with the EPCU team. Requires a Maryland license or PharmD enrollment, and at least one year of tech experience; sterile compounding knowledge is a plus.

Early phase and “first‑in‑human” clinical trials are the first opportunity to evaluate novel treatments in people—and our pharmacy team ensures these trials are conducted safely, accurately, and with exceptional quality. We are seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support our Baltimore EPCU. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly regulated clinical research environment—different from traditional retail or hospital pharmacy settings—while contributing directly to advancing medical innovation.
Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour. Actual salaries may vary within the range based on several factors including, but not limited to education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for participation in Parexel’s annual performance‑based bonus plan, annual salary review and additional total rewards incentives. Our talent acquisition team will provide additional details on our bonus plan or incentive programs for those eligible roles.
