Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment and patient services at the Washington Township facility. You will assist pharmacists, process prescriptions, and manage third-party claims in a compliant, efficient manner.

The role involves maintaining merchandising, inventory, and signage, while handling claims, returns, and documentation to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Meets all state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age, qualification, registration and/or licensure where required by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB-PTCE) or NHA ExCPT within 9 months of job entry.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and third-party claims accurately.
• Assist pharmacists in fulfillment and patient interactions while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain pharmacy displays, signage, pricing, and inventory; ensure a safe work environment.
