Men's Health Foundation seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support prescription processing and patient care at our West Hollywood, CA location. You will enter prescriptions, manage profiles, and assist with shipping and billing while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

The role requires a CA Pharmacy Technician license, healthcare exposure, and strong customer service skills; Spanish is a plus. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a commitment to inclusive care.

Formación

• Healthcare experience or education is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CA Pharmacy Technician license.
• Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems.
• Basic computer skills including Windows Explorer.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update patient profiles and prescriptions.
• Enter prescriptions into electronic system accurately.
• Fill prescriptions and coordinate auto-refill for applicable patients.
• Prepare packages for shipping and delivery.
• Handle prescription filings and related paperwork.
• Comply with 340B, State Board, and DEA requirements.
• Interact with patients and coordinate with insurers to resolve issues.
