Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and excellent patient care. You will help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly and accurately, assist patients with high-quality service, and perform inventory and operational tasks across the store pharmacy.

This role requires completion of state licensing requirements and training; immunization support may be provided where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with empathy and care during pick-up, drive-thru and calls.
• Support inventory activities and support the pharmacy team as directed.
• Assist with immunizations and vaccines where allowed by law and training.
