Job summary

VytlOne in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, customer-focused role within one of our networked clinic-based pharmacies. The position offers an hourly rate of $24-28 along with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and a 401(k) with company match.

Join a team integrated with doctors and nurses to improve patient outcomes in the Orthodox Jewish community. Prior retail pharmacy experience and PTCB certification are preferred; training available

Qualifications

• Currently certified or willing to obtain PTCB certification within 6 months (VytlOne will assist).
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience.
• Excellent data entry skills; fast and accurate with attention to detail.
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; meets productivity and quality standards.
• Computer experience mandatory; ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone; input customer information into the computer system.
• Ability to work rotating schedule between hours of 8am–8pm.
