Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmacy Clerk to provide exceptional customer service and support pharmacy operations in a fast‑paced environment. You will assist with data entry, product dispensing, and basic patient interactions while adhering to HIPAA rules and company policies.

Responsibilities include handling inventory through ordering, receiving and maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring accurate billing and checkout procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations.
• Comply with and reinforce all food safety, sanitation and safety regulations/guidelines.
• Understand and follow the company guidelines on the operation of the cash register and cashier policies.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
• HIPAA regulations compliance per company policy.
