Job summary

Smith's Food and Drug is seeking a customer service–focused team member to support pharmacists and assist with daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers, handle inquiries, and help dispense products while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

You will contribute to a safe, clean store environment and adhere to all health, safety, and privacy regulations. Prior retail or pharmacy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient interaction and support the pharmacist with daily tasks.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities except those requiring professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience while handling reception, data entry and product dispensing.
• Handle cash register operations and various payment methods following company policies.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and waiting areas.
