Responsibilities

• Follow local, state, and federal regulations; report illegal activity.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and safety programs per codes.
• Handle ordering with primary/secondary wholesalers.
• Follow guidelines for inventory management and ordering.
• Keep work stations and waiting areas clean and organized.
• Count, measure, and prepare products per best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure value for customers.
• Answer phones and triage inquiries.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Process legend orders; manage Central Fill deliveries.
• Work cooperatively in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environments.
• Manage conflicts calmly and professionally.
