Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current nationwide/state licensure as required by state law.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities except where professional judgment is needed.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps.
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications according to state regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information against records.
• Support non-dispensing services via various platforms and applications.
• Complete all CLIA-waived screenings per state and company policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by regulators.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations; report unsafe conditions to management.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations; report illegal activity.
