CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate, and friendly service in our retail stores. You will be the first point of contact for patients, assist with prescription fulfillment, and contribute to a positive and inclusive customer experience.

You will complete a rigorous training program, meet state licensure and certification requirements, and adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist in medication deliveries and stock management.
