Qualifications

• Meets all state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification within 9 months of job entry.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases at the register and handle payments and types of items sold.
• Maintain pharmacy merchandising: stocking, pricing, displays, shrink control, and cleanups.
• Assist pharmacist with prescription fulfillment, insurance claims, and patient communications.
• Enter prescription data into pharmacy software and ensure accuracy of dispensing and labels.
