Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to support pharmacy teams in delivering reliable and compassionate patient care in store locations. You will help ensure timely prescription fulfillment, safe handling of medications, and a positive customer experience as part of a standards-driven team.

Role requires adherence to SOPs, state licensing guidelines, and ongoing training. Flexible scheduling and potential for immunization support exist, with opportunities to expand clinical knowledge

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements, including age, education and licensure.
• If no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and patient care.
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused service across pickup, drive-thru and calls.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be open to feedback and learning.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and assist stores in market as needed.
• Comply with laws, CVS policies, privacy and security requirements.
• Support additional patient health services when trained and certified.
