Job summary

Neighborhood Family Practice in Cleveland, OH is opening a new pharmacy location and is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in daily operations, including processing, selling, and delivering prescriptions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be registered as either a Registered Pharmacy Technician or Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Pharmacy Board.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must have a valid driver's license (Ohio MVR checked annually).
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Outpatient/retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing, sale, and delivery of prescription medications.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Handle data entry, insurance claims, and fill prescriptions accurately.
• Count, pour, measure, package, and label medications correctly.
• Order, receive, and stock medications and supplies.
• Support the pharmacist and work with clinic staff to meet patient needs.
