Damien Center in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists with dispensing, inventory, and patient assistance. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will ensure accurate medication handling and compliance with state laws.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork in a busy clinic pharmacy. Candidates should have Indiana Pharmacy Technician license, PTCB/NHA certification within a year, and at least 1 year of retail

Qualifications

Indiana licensed Pharmacy Technician required.
PTCB or NHA certification within 1 year.
Minimum 1 year of current retail pharmacy experience.
Excellent attention to detail and customer service.
Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepares medication orders for dispensing by the pharmacist and assists with labeling and mixing.
Verifies prescription information is complete and accurate.
Enters patient and medication orders into the pharmacy system.
Coordinates billing and insurance claims; supports 340B program knowledge.
