Job summary

They complete initial training, meet state licensing guidelines, and remain compliant with laws and CVS policies while contributing to an inclusive, patient-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Complete a rigorous CVS Health training program and meet state Board requirements
• Meet registration, licensing, and certification requirements per state guidelines
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in interactions with patients
• Work effectively as part of a pharmacy team and maintain a safe, inclusive culture

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic, genuine care to create positive patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Assist with basic inventory activities such as stocking, returns-to-stocks, and cycle counts
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be open to feedback while expanding clinical and technical knowledge
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
• Deliver additional health care services where allowed by law and with proper training
