• Handle third‑party insurance claims and rejections.
• Provide member service at the pharmacy drop‑off and pickup windows and resolve questions.
• Maintain pharmacy area, stock/price merchandise, and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Enter prescription data into pharmacy software and maintain patient records.
