Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and technician-specific regulations.
• Proficiency with pharmacy technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Fulfillment: Pick and fill medications in accordance with guidelines.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform counts.
• Patient Chart Management: Ensure confidentiality of patient records.
• Pharmacist Support: Assist pharmacists with inquiries and patient care.
• Medication Packing & Delivery Coordination: Pack and coordinate deliveries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve efficiency.
• Workstation Management: Manage tasks to complete orders safely and promptly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Performance Tracking: Meet KPIs and maintain quality benchmarks.
