Job summary

The Pharmacy Technician at Fuze Health plays a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations by assisting pharmacists, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate prescriptions. Reporting to Pharmacy Operations leadership, this role drives compliance and patient care within the FuzeRx location.

Responsibilities include fulfillment, inventory accuracy, patient chart management, and collaboration with pharmacists to support care initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician (preferred).
• 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience in a high-volume setting (preferred).
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy laws and technician-specific regulations.
• Strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Fulfillment: Pick and fill medications per guidelines and safety standards.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain records, conduct cycle counts, ensure availability.
• Patient Chart Management: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records.
• Pharmacist Support: Assist with medication inquiries and patient care.
• Medication Packing & Delivery Coordination: Pack meds and coordinate refills with offices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to improve efficiency.
• Workstation Management: Manage tasks and complete orders accurately.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow laws and company policies.
• Performance Tracking: Meet KPIs set by leadership.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry practices and tools.
