Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, personalized service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Complete inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by leadership.
• Support ongoing training and expand clinical and technical knowledge.
• Be flexible with scheduling and willing to travel to stores as needed.
• Comply with federal, state, local laws and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy.
• Deliver additional services such as immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed.
