Job summary

St. Luke's is seeking a pharmacy teammate to support daily medication dispensing for outpatient prescriptions. Under the direction of a pharmacist, you will fill orders, manage the pickup window, assist customers with insurance questions, and use the pharmacy computer system to process transactions.

You will also handle phone inquiries, collaborate with pharmacy staff, and perform essential administrative duties while maintaining patient confidentiality and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follows workflow procedures for day-to-day processing of patient medication orders.
• Assists pharmacist and communicates with customers about insurance and prescriptions.
• Delivers medications, fills outpatient prescriptions, prepares labels and inputs orders into the computer system.
• Answers phones and serves customers at the window or pickup area.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned and maintains confidentiality.
