Job summary

Responsibilities include data entry, labeling, inventory management, and coordination with pharmacy teams to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry into a pharmacy computer system is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Ability to follow workflow under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills medications from computer-generated labels.
• Assists the Pharmacist in filling prescription items.
• Delivers excellent customer service and answers insurance questions.
• Answers phones and assists customers at the window.
• Maintains inventory and inputs patient data into the computer system.
• Labels products and ensures proper safety and confidentiality.
• Directs drug information questions to a pharmacist.
