Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must maintain proper state licensing or certifications.
• Must proficiently read, write, speak, analyze and understand English.
• Ability to perform mathematical functions including fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to stand/walk for full shift.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Must tolerate dust and chemical exposure.
• Excellent customer interaction and teamwork required.
• Must follow company policies and procedures.
• Proficient use of computer hardware/software required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process payments and provide correct change.
• Input patient information for prescription processing.
• Assist Pharmacist in processing and labeling prescriptions.
• Stock and organize pharmaceuticals as directed.
• Help customers locate over-the-counter items.
• Know product locations and maintain department security.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with laws.
• Interact with physicians and resolve prescription issues.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
