ShopRite of Clinton is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the Pharmacist in dispensing medications and providing high-quality customer care. The role requires strong customer service, accuracy in handling prescriptions, and adherence to safety and privacy regulations.

Location is Clinton, NJ. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work with the public and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must maintain proper state licensing or certifications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
• Ability to perform mathematical functions, including add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to fill prescriptions with dexterity.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately collect payment and provide change.
• Input a patient’s information for processing a prescription.
• Assist the Pharmacist in processing a prescription, counting and labeling.
• Organize and stock pharmaceuticals as directed by Pharmacist.
• Maintain security of Pharmacy Department.
• Interact with physicians for prescription information and issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements.
