ShopRite of Stirling in STIRLING, NJ is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Pharmacist with medication processing and customer service. You will input patient information, count and label prescriptions, and assist in stocking the Pharmacy department.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and professional patient care. Minimum qualifications include age 18+, state licensing or certifications, English proficiency, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Maintain proper state licensing or certifications.
• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Input patient information for processing prescriptions.
• Assist Pharmacist in processing prescriptions and labeling.
• Organize and stock pharmaceuticals as directed.
• Help customers locate over-the-counter stock.
• Maintain security of the Pharmacy Department.
• Interact with physicians and use references to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe work environment.
• Comply with drug laws and confidentiality requirements.
• Stand, lift, and move merchandise as needed.
