Responsibilities

Assist pharmacist in day-to-day operations and patient care.
Support front end and clinical procedures including intakes, follow-ups, and discharges as necessary.
Prepare, document and distribute patient medications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and quality of care; maintain documentation and inventories.
Assist with data collection, QA, and audits as needed.
