Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety.
• Deliver high-quality customer service at pick-up, drive-thru and over the phone.
• Perform required inventory tasks and assist in controlled substance practices per law.
• Support immunization services and vaccination education where permitted by state law.
• Follow SOPs, maintain confidentiality, and participate in training and compliance.
