Job summary

CVS Health in California is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service across store operations.

You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed, complete required training, and maintain compliance with state boards and company policies. This part-time role requires regular attendance and willingness to travel between market stores when needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements, including age, education, licensure.
• If no minimum age is set by the state board, candidate must be at least 16.
• If no minimum education is set by the state board, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Communicate clearly with patients and team; ensure prescription accuracy.
• Support safe and effective pharmacy operations per SOPs.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed.
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed by the business.
