Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service across stores. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and provide immunization and other services where permitted by law.

The role requires state licensure/certification as applicable, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or active enrollment in HS/HS equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists in patient care.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment through proper workflow.
• Provide empathy and deliver caring service to patients and caregivers.
• Assist with basic inventory, returns-to-stock, and cycle counts.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and CVS policies, including privacy and controlled substances.
