Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and caring customer service. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone, while supporting a safe, inclusive store environment.

The role requires state licensure and preferred 1–3 years of technician experience. Weekend availability and strong math skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including age, education, licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs
• Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy for patient safety
• Provide compassionate customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, or via phone
• Assist with inventory activities and place medication deliveries properly
• Support pharmacists and participate in growing clinical knowledge
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed by the business
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety
• Deliver additional health care services where permitted by law and training
