Responsibilities

• Assist patients and customers with pharmacy needs in a friendly manner.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Contribute to accurate prescription labeling and safety checks.
• Support inventory activities including cycle counts and stock maintenance.
• Assist pharmacists with immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
• Maintain patient privacy and security in all interactions.
