Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
• Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and labeling.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and handle deliveries per SOP.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and stay open to feedback.
• Remain flexible for shifts and travel to stores as needed.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations and CVS policies.
• Support immunizations and other off-site clinics where allowed.
