Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists in managing patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offer immunizations and other services where allowed.
• Perform basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed by the leadership team.
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed to support business goals.
• Comply with relevant laws and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Support immunizations and vaccines when permitted and trained.
