Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and empathetic customer service across store operations.

You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where permitted, participate in training, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, accurate service in a retail/pharmacy setting.
• Ability to follow SOPs and pharmacy workflows to ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Strong math and multitasking abilities to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team in safe, effective operations and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where permitted by law.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and support cycle counts and returns-to-stocks.
