Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support store pharmacy teams in providing safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service. Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board does not address a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks and ensure accuracy
• Customer service and team orientation to assist patients and colleagues
• Communication skills for verbal and written interactions
• Math reasoning to determine dispensing quantities and daily supply
• Problem resolution to handle patient or colleague interactions
• Physical demands including lifting, standing, and reaching as needed
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager

Education
