Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Florida is seeking a Part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and delivering caring customer service. You will assist with immunizations and perform store operations while upholding SOPs and patient safety.

This role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and state licensure as applicable, with 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age and licensure where applicable.
• If no minimum age is set by the state board, candidates must be at least 16 years old.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and care.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and SOPs for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists with immunizations and vaccination-related tasks where allowed by law.
• Complete basic inventory duties and manage medication deliveries per procedures.
• Maintain patient privacy and safety in all interactions and transactions.
• Be flexible with scheduling, and willing to travel between stores in the market.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and CVS policies.
• Support additional health care services when trained and certified.
