Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and focus to concentrate on a task; pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer service and team orientation, assisting patients and colleagues with Empathy and care.
• Clear communication in verbal and written form; active listening.
• Mathematical reasoning for dispensing medications and calculating days supply.
• Problem resolution when faced with patient or colleague interactions.
• Physical demands including standing, lifting, and moving items as needed.
• Adhere to policies and perform additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
