Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support store operations and patient care. You will assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment, provide friendly customer service, and help maintain accurate records and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and adherence to SOPs and CVS policies.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy rules and licensure/certification requirements.
• If no minimum age is mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support inventory activities and cycle counts as directed.
