Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure.
• Active high school diploma or equivalent; active enrollment allowed where applicable.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and patient safety.
• Process prescriptions accurately and ensure label correctness.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and manage patient interactions.
• Complete required inventory tasks and maintain organzational standards.
• Adapt to scheduling needs, including nights and weekends, as part of a team.
• Support immunizations and in-store health services where permitted.
