Job summary

CVS Health in North Port, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring patient service. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help maintain inventory to ensure smooth in-store operations.

As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will contribute to a safe and inclusive culture, complete required licensing steps, and be prepared to travel to stores in the market to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age and licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in HS or equivalent program.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with empathy and build positive experiences at pick-up, drive-thru and phone.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by state law and with proper training.
• Maintain inventory and assist with cycle counts, returns-to-stocks and receiving deliveries.
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed to meet business needs.
