Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient‑focused service to create positive experiences at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with drug deliveries, returns, and cycles.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team and stay open to feedback.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores within the market as needed.
