Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Middletown, Ohio. You will support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and deliver caring service to patients in-store and over the phone.

Training and state licensure requirements apply, with flexible opportunities to support immunizations and wellness services. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with inventory, and maintaining patient privacy while delivering a high-quality, compassionate experience.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and care at pickup, drive-thru, and calls.
• Assist with inventory duties and pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Support immunizations and other services as allowed by law and training.
