CVS Health is hiring a pharmacy technician to support pharmacists in patient safety and service delivery at retail locations in Ohio. You will handle prescription processing, immunizations, and customer interactions with empathy and accuracy.

You will follow SOPs, manage inventory, and assist in extending care through vaccines and point-of-care services, while upholding privacy, compliance, and quality standards across the market.

Qualifications

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice.
  • State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
  • If the state board does not address minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
  • If the state board does not address minimum education, must have HS diploma or be enrolled in HS or equivalency program.

Responsibilities

  • Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
  • Process prescription fulfillment safely and accurately.
  • Provide immunizations and other services as trained.
  • Complete basic inventory tasks and assist leadership with stock management.
  • Travel to stores in the market to support shifts as needed.
  • Protect patient privacy and comply with applicable regulations.
